Our PhilosophyYour success depends on people. People interface with the customer, make the product, deliver the service, plan and coordinate how work gets done, improve processes and systems, ensure quality, return a profit. Technology has provided us with better tools and made us more efficient, but it is still people who do the work of an organization and are ultimately responsible for its success. Furthermore, people are interdependent. No one works in isolation. People work together to achieve great results. Even the most powerful person in an organization (founder, president, CEO) would accomplish little if not for the web of relationships on whom he or she interacts and depends. The bottom line, according to a recent study of 500 top organizations worldwide, is that success is about 1/3 due to technical (hard) skills and 2/3 due to social and emotional (soft) skills. People don’t usually get fired because of a lack of technical ability. It most often has to do with social and interpersonal failings. Leadership is about bringing people together to achieve outstanding results. The challenge of leadership is to harness the capability of people and rally a staff, team, or workforce behind a vision and get them to perform at the peak of their ability. At HDI, we break down the barriers that keep your organization from being great. We show you how to instill a culture of accountability and how to build trust so you can achieve your highest vision. |
“ The Board of Trustees is very pleased with the work you’ve done with us. You helped us navigate some extremely sensitive relationship issues and regain our trust in one another. We are a cohesive team again and I can’t think of one issue that has been a problem or concern. You really did work a miracle with us and we can’t thank you enough for everything you did”
— Michael Simone, Mayor, Town of Firestone
“ Personality conflicts began to develop between us after our first year together. We all began to use your methods to solve our misunderstandings. At the present time, I simply couldn’t be happier with our interrelationships. We are still very different, but our acceptance of each other’s traits is at a very high level. We now make an excellent team.”
— Roger Walton, President of Petroleum Data Systems
